    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • 2. Shipping Coverage

    • We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns via reputed courier partners.

    • For remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will contact you to explore alternate delivery options or refund the order.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, orders usually arrive within:

    • 3–7 business days for metro cities.

    • 5–10 business days for other regions.

  • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee will be charged as per the location and weight.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling charge (if applicable).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track the real-time status of your order using this link.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned, and re-delivery may incur extra charges.
