Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. After this window, the order is considered final and will be processed for dispatch.
- After Shipment:
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our return policy in such cases.
Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No cash refunds are provided for COD orders. We will offer a replacement or coupon code instead.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We will not be able to offer refunds in the following situations:
Delay in delivery due to natural calamities, courier delays, or incorrect shipping details.
Product disliked based on personal taste preferences.
Opened or consumed products.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns unless:

You received the wrong product or quantity
The product is expired at the time of delivery
